IN TANKS (600L) FOR 6 MONTHS
These naturally sweet wines are known as “passerillés”. The term refers to an age-old procedure whereby the bunches of grapes are dried before using them for winemaking. Following the harvest, fruit is placed on the schist at the foot of the vines. The influence of the sun, the black rock and the wind combine to produce top quality concentrated grapes.
Deep dark color. Intense notes of sultana are followed by a harmonious rich palate, boasting plenty of freshness and good length. The aromatic intensity of the red berries, thyme, refreshing sap and roasted notes have transformed this VINTAGE PRIVILEGE into a genuine nectar.
PERFECT FOOD PAIRING :
A dessert in itself, VINTAGE PRIVILEGE also goes well with game or dark chocolate offerings.
